3. 幾乎通頂過後第二天返工,反而不會午睡
去年,每一份功課都幾乎弄至要通頂,大概只能睡上一、兩個小時便要上班。奇怪是,那天反而不能午睡...這就引申出我今天突然發現了的一個新理論:

原來,當我以為把家中的睡眠狀態維持到隧巴和火車內時,就是把睡眠時間廷長了的理論,原來會演變為那狀態會一直維持下去,直到office;然而,當這幾天沒有在隧巴和火車內睡時,在office內真的會沒那裡渴睡的時候,我驚喜地發現,這條公式,好像是成立了...

The second "formula" u have there is a prime example of the Murphy's Law. It happens to me so often it's not 恐怖 anymore ;-)
Thank you for teaching me something new here! I am sort of relieved when I learn that this is actually a known law. Otherwise, I really consider it as a tall tale.
I guess Theory 1 isn't a curse but natural. We get fed up after looking at the same designer's work so many times. ... similar "curse" easily happen to a friend or our companion.
Theory 3 & 4 often apply to night owls. I knew it well. .. But the thing is, instead of normal wear & tear, all-nighters will experience accelerated "wear & tear" ;-p

i like "醒醒得醒,睡睡得睡" this one. i think that our body just like car engine, which needs proper warm up, maintenance, etc. if u always put ure car in garage instead of driving it, the performance must be jerky and unsmooth. but then if u drive 20 hours a day, maybe u can have better performance, but the lifespan is shortened on the other end.
u know i always sleep more than 8 hours per day, but even with such long sleeping hours, plus a refreshing bath after i wake up, i still feel so sleepy on my way to office. maybe part of the reason is that i do almost no exercise at all.
and then sometimes i tried to do some sports before work, although i felt tiring after workout, but then i was so wakeful at the same time, so funy huh.

唔一定中大的人才會知道theory 2。早上搭地鐵的,尤其是乘搭觀塘線和將軍澳線的。
至於「睡睡得睡」其實係「渴睡症」,只要一睡就繼續要睡。最利害係可以斷斷續續睡上十幾二十小時。
好,終於有人將它們理論化,是為「午睡兒定理」嗎?
沒想過理論二會帶來那麼多的迴響,看來人們所定的理論,真的有其研究價值的。
